1. Preorder Agreement

By placing a preorder, you agree to purchase the selected bag(s) under the conditions stated herein.

Full payment for preordered bags must be made within the official preorder window.

All payments are non-refundable. Production begins only after payment is confirmed.

Bag designs are fixed and curated by Lizywin.

For regular partner orders, colors are assigned by Lizywin. Multi-color designs will be supplied in equal proportions.

Custom color requests are only available for Mega Distributors with a minimum order of 600 pieces.

Each partner tier has a preset MOQ. Orders below the assigned MOQ will not be accepted.

MOQs cannot be modified for regular partner preorders.

Delivery charges are separate from the bag price and are not included in the preorder payment.

Estimated delivery costs depend on your location and the delivery method you select.

Once your preordered bags are ready, Lizywin will notify you with available delivery options and exact charges.

Partners must pay the delivery fee before shipment.

Lizywin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services beyond our control.

Preorders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Lizywin is not liable for damages or losses during delivery once the package leaves our warehouse.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
